What data is collected

Two forms on this website collect personal data, and only where you enter it yourself:

• Expression of interest in future Assemblies: name, email address and one sentence describing the perspective you would bring.
• Response to a personal invitation: your confirmation or decline, the time of your response, and — if you choose to submit one — the question you would like the Assembly to consider.

Why it is processed

Data is processed solely to organise the Founding Assembly, to respond to you personally, and to prepare the content the Assembly works with. Responses from personally invited participants are held separately from expressions of interest in future Assemblies. Data is never sold, and it is not used for advertising.

Storage and processors

Details of the hosting and database provider, the storage location and the relevant processing agreements will be stated here.

Retention

Data is retained only as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer statutory retention period applies.

Your rights

You may request information about the data held about you, and request its correction or deletion, at any time. A request to the contact address above is sufficient.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies and does not track visitors across other websites.
